Does no coffee mean healthy pregnancy?
I am about six weeks pregnant and have stopped drinking coffee since then. But I have been drinking coffee since I was 17 (At least once a day). I know caffeine can lead to negative effects to pregnancy such as miscarriage or birth defects. Now that I've stopped (although the cravings are hurtingme for now), will that lessen my chance on getting negative effects?
most definitely although one once in awhile wont hurt but if you cant keep in control don't drink at all me i have Always drank soda when preg.i did lower my amount though your past shouldn't have any neg affects along as your over all heath is good just eat smart rest drink plenty of water keep dr appt and be for long you have healthy beautiful baby enjoy

Since they don't use sugar in it its like diet soda's with the fake sugar thats like 0 calories. Does this drink contain any fat or calories? I buy them all the time thinking their healthy :$
the large is 120 calories, the medium is 90. It's sugar free, but remember that milk and cream both have fat in them.
