I am being told to stop drinking products with caffeine. I would like any suggestions on other drinks low in sugar and in caffeine.

I like caffeine free Diet Coke (even better than "regular Coke"). Crystal light and sugar free Kool-aid are also good around the house. My roommate drinks Sierra Mist which is basically Sprite without the huge caffeine jolt! (still has sugar though)

There is a big difference between what you can buy in the store and at a restaurant (fast food or otherwise). At the grocery store almost every flavor of cola has a caffeine free version. At a restaurant the choice is very limited. You can usually get a sugar free drink OR a caffeine free drink but it is rare to find a sugar and caffeine free drink on the menu. Water is generally your only choice at restaurants.

I use a standard water kettle (the kind that makes a whistle when the water gets hot enough.)You don't even have to do that. Just use a regular pan of water and heat it. Then use the amount of instant coffee you desire and pour the water in your cup. If you have a microwave, heat your cup in there and then put the coffee in the heated cup. The best way would be for you to try the different ways and see how it tastes best to you. Katherine Hepburn the famous actress was known for her "frugal" ways and just used hot tap water for her tea. So, you could try that as well with your Instant coffee. Good luck.

I am looking for these jars to store my tea coffee and sugar in, not tea cups ect.I have been looking for these jars for ages and I have seen them for £40.00 but cant find them again on the internet, the only ones I can find are full price at £60.00. does any one know where there is a royal albert sale on that stocks these items?

No. The Blended Beverage menu is separated in Frappuccino Blended Cofee and Frappuccino Blended Creme. Vanilla Bean is a Blended Creme drink, made with the creme base…you can tell b/c it is white! Any drinks made with the coffee base will be mostly tan in color. If you order a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, it will not have coffee in it! (But the Cafe Vanilla is made with the same powder in the coffee base)
