If you can, include caffeinated coffee, as well. And why not throw in decaf and caffeinated as an adult, too?

Later on, raises the risk of heart attack.
Raised risk of heart disease.
Increases acidity, which leaves you more susceptable to acid reflux or ulcers.
Raises cholesterol.
May lead to osteoperosis.
Decaf. coffee is associated with increased risk of rhumetoid athritis.
Increased risk of glaucoma.

i heard it’s called a “why bother” in coffee shops. That’s a funny name.

I pretty much had that opinion prior to pregnancy. When I could no longer drink the caffeine I was used to consuming. After that, as long as it's fresh and good tasting, I found that the lack of caffeine no longer bothered me. I'd rather have fresh brewed decaf than hours old regular and most restaurants are more willing to brew a fresh decaf since it's not ordered as much and sits around.

Do you drink coffee, tea, both, or niether?

I drink green tea and white tea, hot or cold. I stopped drinking coffee a year ago.
